Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 18, 2026

01Purpose and scope

These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern all sales of products concluded on the Knuckle Head online store between the seller and any person making a purchase (the "Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The seller reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

02Seller identification

The store is published and operated by KNUCKLE ROCKS PROD, a non-profit association under local law (1908 Act, Alsace-Moselle), with its registered office at 9 A rue des Vergers, 68510 Geispitzen (France).

SIRET: 850 022 906 00018. Contact: contact@knuckle.rocks

03Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the store on the day the Customer browses it (records, apparel, limited editions and various merchandising items). Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes and do not contractually bind the seller as to minor differences in appearance. Offers are valid while stocks last.

04Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total price due, including delivery costs where applicable, is displayed to the Customer before the final confirmation of the order. The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

05Ordering

The sale takes place through a multi-step process allowing the Customer to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors before confirming it. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and of these Terms. The order only becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

06Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, by bank card through a secure payment provider. The seller does not store any banking data. The order is only processed once payment has actually been received.

07Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when ordering. Transport risks are transferred to the Customer when they physically take possession of the products.

If delivery is delayed by more than thirty (30) days from the confirmation of the order, and except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of the order and the refund of the sums paid.

08Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Products must be returned complete and in their original condition. Sums paid are refunded within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.

09Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted in the following situations:

  • Wrong size: if your t-shirt is too small or too large, return shipping is at your expense and we will gladly exchange it for another size if available in our stock.
  • Product damaged in transit: all our products are carefully checked and packed before each shipment. Records cannot be scratched or unreadable on receipt. However, the carrier may damage your order (a vinyl bent in the mailbox, for example). In that case, we will refund you or send you the same product upon presentation of photos clearly showing the problem.

10Legal warranties

Independently of any commercial warranty, the seller remains bound by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code. As such, the Customer has two (2) years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal warranty of conformity.

11Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is necessary for its processing and follow-up. It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and kept for the time needed to manage the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of their data, which they may exercise at contact@knuckle.rocks.

12Claims and mediation

Any claim may be addressed to the seller at contact@knuckle.rocks. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute.

13Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction under ordinary law.
